Royal Oak AFH have cared for two of our elderly family members. (2008-2010 and 2015-2016). We can’t speak highly enough of the Popa family Marinela, Viorica and the care they gave our loved ones. Both of our family members suffered from dementia as well as various serious medical issues. We as a family were faced with real challenges as we tried to find a place that would care for them. The Popas provided a loving, safe atmosphere and exceptional physical care. Whenever I would drop in they were always clean and their needs were always met. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. If you are needing a home to place your loved one at, we can recommend with complete confidence Royal Oak AFH.
Royal Oak Adult Family Home is an excellent choice for a place for your mom. My mom lived there for 3 years and during that time she always received kind, loving and professional care to meet her every need. I had utmost confidence with her devoted caregivers. The home is located in a quiet well maintained neighborhood. I would rate Royal Oak with 5 stars. The best!
I am writing this recommendation letter to let anyone know what wonderful care my mother had from Vi, Marinella and Adriana at Royal Oak Adult Family Home. I first met them when they were caring for a friend in her last days and saw what loving Christian care they gave her. So I decided that this was the home my mother was going to, to spend her last days on earth. She was there a few months as her health steadily declined as also her mental functions. The girls were so kind, cheerful and kept everything so clean. They have such loving attitudes toward their patients and want the very best for them and their comfort during their last days on earth. They give each person dignity and love. I highly recommend this home for you or your loved one when the time comes forcer.
Our mother stayed at the Royal Oak adult family home twice. First time was after an injury where she needed 24 hour care until she was able to walk again and return to independent living. We felt that she was very well taken care of.
When she needed assistance again we did not hesitate to call Royal Oak. She was in need of full time care, level 5, and then hospice. Royal Oak caregivers continued to provide excellent care, coordinated with her doctors and made her comfortable. We were very happy with the care of our mother and we were able to see her as often as we would like. She was in a safe home environment and the caregivers were very compassionate. We would recommend any family member to stay at Royal Oak.
